Data Script S.L. serves as the DATA CONTROLLER for the USER’s personal information and notifies that this data will be handled in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of April 27 (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 of December 5 (LOPDGDD).

Depending on the form through which we have obtained your personal data, we will process it confidentially for the following purposes:

In the Contact form

• To respond to inquiries or any kind of request made by the user through any of the contact methods made available on the Data Controller’s website. (processing necessary to handle the user's request, Art. 6.1.b GDPR, or based on the Data Controller's legitimate interest in responding to it, Art. 6.1.f GDPR)
• To obtain aggregated website usage statistics through Google Analytics 4, only when the user has accepted analytics cookies. (based on the user's consent, Art. 6.1.a GDPR)

Data submitted through the contact form will be retained for the time needed to handle the request and, afterwards, for the periods required to meet possible legal obligations or liabilities. Analytics information is retained for the periods stated in the cookie policy. When data is no longer needed, it will be securely deleted or anonymised.

It may be processed by providers needed to host the website, deliver email, protect the form with Google reCAPTCHA or provide consented analytics, acting as processors or under their own applicable terms.
