Development in 2017 of a multimedia course for training El Corte Inglés staff in coffee preparation and presentation.
The content explained espresso preparation, milk steaming and the techniques required to make different recipes. The recipe collection included cappuccino, Americano, café bombón, affogato, Viennese coffee, latte macchiato and frappé, among other specialities.
Each recipe detailed the ingredients and quantities, required equipment, service items and steps to follow during preparation. The course combined photographs, explanations, audiovisual resources and topic-based navigation.
The training also covered cleaning and maintaining the machine, with instructions on the products, utensils and procedures required for periodic care.
The project was completed directly for El Corte Inglés, covering the full development and programming, with the visual design supplied by the client.
